 2. Master the infant safety & real-time location, implement regional control, and avoid any unsafe events
 3. Positioning card emergency report, personnel stay for 5 minutes and no action, the back-end system
      immediately notify the management personnel
 4. When the mother & nursing staff have any emergency, they can press the emergency button on the card to
      immediately report to the management personnel
 5. Gateway and reference point failure report, report information regularly every day, if no return means gateway
      failure, no patrol confirmation is required。
 6. The power consumption of the location card, the time of not moving and the area where the card is located will
      be reported. The user can clearly know the information of the card worn by the personnel
 7. The data playback function can record the data of each location card every day, including the power consumption
      , the area and the moved area, the emergency button information, and the moving time record, so as to facilitate

      the back-end to access the information
