C-017 ｜Material positioning in Semiconductor fabrication plants

    The back-end processing in the fab is always filled with wafers waiting to be processed and inspected while the packaging are identical, and the quantity is always humongous. As a result, this delays the prep-processing stage as the conventional method to process it is by reserving the required material by human.     However, with our UWB positioning system, the materials can be located immediately and in real time to reduce the redundant human labor.

    machines are placed, the lowest number of positioning base stations are deployed.

2. Through the integration of the positioning system, the data of the processed wafers
    to be inspected can quickly establish each list.

    track the movement direction.
