This could be avoided with the use of anti-collision forklift alarm system if anchors and Tags to help the persons
be more aware of the surroundings.(Click on the picture).

Summaryof case:
The action of the fixed alarm when a forklift is approaching to a set distance (preset at 10 meter)will be:

● Fixed alarm(UTAG-SL90,standard)and forklift alarm(UTAG-90F,standard)will alert with light and sound
effect; If it is forklift TAG (UTAG-7045,optional),then will alert with LED flash ligh.

● When a forklift is getting closer to another forklift,they will both alert with sound and light effect alarm or LED
flash light.

● When forklift passed by the fixed alarm and exceeds the set distance,the alert system of both the fixed alarm
and forklift alarm will automatically turn off.

● The set distance could range between 1 to 100 meters(to be set by the user),the preset distance is 10m

● Personal card type Tag(UTAG-9056) warns with buzzer or vibration; Bangle type Tag (UTAG-H04,standard)
alerts with vibration; Helmet type Tag (UTAG-5136,optional) warns with buzzer.

● Forklift alarm (UTAG-SL90F,standard) warns with sound and light effect.Forklift Tag (UTAG-7045F, optional)
alerts with LED flash light.

➤ CASE D：

Facilities：1. Personnel TAG. 2. Forklift sound and light or Forklift sound and light alarm.

Summary of Case：

For the case of installing an anti-collision system on crane truck or other heavy-duty vehicle, it is recommended to have the front and back end of the vehicle to equip with the sound and light devices. While it is best to have sound and light alarm devices installed at the front (UTAG-SL90F/ UTAG-7045F), the back is recommended to install UWB-04F (Waterproofing)or UTAG-SL90F. This device installed at the back will sense any nearby personnel carrying a TAG, and transmit a signal through a wired a cable to warn the driver (A green light will be displayed) when someone is behind the vehicle.

●   If this system is installed inside the cockpit, it is suggested to purchase SL90F (red outer case) and SL90G
       (green outer case), while SL90G will be connect to UWB-04F at the back, to alert the driver when TAG
        devices in range are approaching from behind.

● Similarly, if the system is installed outside the cockpit, UTAG-7045F (red outer case) and 7045G
(green outer case) is recommend to be purchase. This will alert driver when TAG holders are coming in range
from the back.

* Note: Fixed alarm siren could be expanded to become Anti-collision information collecting base stations (UWB-04 or UWB-02) that prossess localization function to achieve the followings:
1. To control the frequency of forklifts passing by via wire or
wireless internet.
2. Roll call function to check the working progress of forklift.
3. With the localization function to manage motion positioning/
searching/tracking etc.
